Have some form of contest to invite people to tryout. We can keep score and have a monthly and long term high score winner. The prize could simply be bragging rights and some form of status benefit or title. I'm suggesting keeping score for the number of people a member has gotten to tryout so even if they fail the member still gets one point to their score[and the person will probably try to get better and tryout again]. Also, I think its a good thing to reject people often. It adds to our rep, makes people try harder, and makes TEG feel more exclusive. Well that's my two bits, add a monthly and overall referral reward program in the form of a clan high score board.
